  • What equipment do I need to complete the course?

    It'll be helpful to have a yoga block (or two), a resistance band, and a Pilates Ball. Nothing is required as there will be modifications if you do not have the equipment, but you will find it very helpful to have these tools. They are low cost items that can bring tremendous value to the program!

  • Who is this program for?

    This program is designed to build core strength and spine mobility. We start at the very beginner level (using the breath to find muscles), but progress to advanced levels by the end of the program. While it builds significant core strength, it also actively improves spine mobility.

  • Who should not do this program?

    This program is not intended for anyone currently experiencing acute pain, or has a hernia of any kind. Those with conditions such as spinal stenosis or are currently experiencing SI joint pain may want to speak with a doctor before participating.
